September 13, 2012 8:04 pm It's the Twilight-ization of vampires that kept me away from this book in its early stages, but I'm glad Liefeld gave me a reason to dig in. Not only is it well-drawn it's a damn good story so far.
September 13, 2012 8:01 pm After a shaky "Deathlok Nation" arc (at least for me), this title has been consistently the best month in and month out. I'm not looking forward to Remender dropping off. I'll give the new team a few issues.
August 31, 2012 2:27 pm I never caught that part.
August 31, 2012 11:41 am I think the little curly-haired sister from Growin Pains was the waittress in that clip.
August 28, 2012 7:54 pm True...Superman would blow a load like a shotgun, right through Lois' back.
August 28, 2012 7:42 pm Bachalo's art really grew on me with this title. I never really liked it before. But Bradshaw makes everyone look the same. Kitty Pryde looks like Emma Frost with brown hair.
August 27, 2012 1:34 pm Was Morrison the one who had Beast turn feline? I still can't get used to that.
August 27, 2012 1:28 pm Red Son is still one of my top Superman stories, and Rucka's "Brotherhood" arc on Wolverine was great. I read it in trade a few times since I first bought it a few years ago.
July 11, 2012 10:40 pm I didn't say it wasn't personal, I just think having to put down your zombie wife and newborn would have been much more personal and darker. It was still pretty damn chilling.
July 11, 2012 2:16 pm I had the idea that they'd be in the middle of killing zombies and Zombie Lori would come shuffling up to Rick and/or Carl, holding parts of Zombie Baby Judith, and Rick would have to put his axe in her head. I was let down in the sense that "one of the darkest moments in Rick Grimes' life" wasn't more personal, but it was a great issue other than that.
