I'm very excited about this series! I am actually kind of disappointed it is only a mini. Black Lighting starts us off with Jeff Pierce, some what of a celebrity in his old 'hood -- Suicide Slum of Metropolis. He makes a return determined to make a change, no matter what it takes.
January 12, 2009 5:17 pmThis Mini series by Warren Ellis was less than great. In fact, It was rather disappointing. It started off strong with spy Anna Mercury, kicking major butt fighting political repression of an insane technocratic society and she ends up saving a planet. Yeah, that's pretty much how it felt -- dry.
