October 18, 2012 10:39 am I used to live near a shop owned by a lady, and one of the places I frequent now is owned by a husband and wife. Both fine establishments.
September 30, 2012 11:27 pm Grant Morrison not a "super-sweary" writer? Dude's been writing superhero books for too long... Go back and look at The Invisibles or The Filth or Kill Your Boyfriend - Morrison could be just as foul as anyone who ever worked in comics.

July 30, 2012 7:56 pm It's awesome! Thor teams up with a female barbarian, a Teutonic knight and a Luftwaffe pilot to fight a horde of zombie vikings. If you're squeamish, then stay away, but if you're looking for some good, splattery fun, definitely check it out. The other great thing about Thor: Vikings? Nothing like it will ever, ever happen again.
July 22, 2012 4:13 am I really wish DC did some tie-in comics for this, as there's so much material they could cover - like how Bruce gets back to Gotham after his exile, or a more complete origin story for Bane/Talia/ Ra's al Ghul. Typically tie-ins are rubbish, but get the right creators and you could mine some interesting ground.
July 17, 2012 12:58 am Brubaker's gone on record in one of the Word Balloons as saying that Fraction pretty much wrote Iron Fist.
July 17, 2012 12:54 am Yeah, really. Leads me to believe the biggest problem with his art recently has been the coloring.
