August 14, 2013 2:48 pm So good.
August 14, 2013 2:47 pm I'll be on for Kindt's issues, but yeah, Kot was a pick from Heaven on this book. And this might be my last ditched effort to dig Kindt. I read all of Revolver and it didn't make an impression, read a few Mind MGMT issues and they were better but not amazing to me, and I wasn't really excited when he filled in on Sweet Tooth. Anyways as long as I'm reading Kindt I hope he brings Martian Manhunter in to guest star. So yeah, Kindt is definitely hot shit right now, but Kot could be too if he got a longer run. Both are way better than Glass.
August 14, 2013 1:55 pm Yeah, and how did they get the nerve to re release Jurassic Park in 2013 without correcting the feather discrepancy? It is total B.S.
August 13, 2013 4:36 pm I can't believe we're already 14 issues into this. Never thought I'd make it that far in a Deadpool run, and each issue is fresher than the last for the most part.
August 10, 2013 3:35 am Some people would like to see a corgi get punched in the face/Batman sitting down. Not in this millenium. Or the next I guess.
August 9, 2013 2:10 pm His art definitely needs to grow on you. Took me about two trades of Sweet Tooth before I settled into it. The story will get you there though, and personally I think his art looks even better in Trillium than ST so far.
August 6, 2013 3:10 pm Every hero in Flashpoint Paradox needs to stop angrily wrinkling their eyebrows, right? Just for a second? You can angrily wrinkle them when you get hit by lightning, but don't do it when you are reading a letter from your dead dad. I think maybe the cowls have built in furrows which force heroes' faces to look like that all the time. I think having a relaxed face as default might contrast better with emotional faces and better sell those missed emotional beats. What do you think?
August 6, 2013 3:03 pm DC had such good legacy characters that were better when they got the limelight. It's just a shame to see them get put on the back burner. Wally is exhibit A, but there are many others. When Barry made a comeback, it just killed the illusion of progress. People who grew up with Wally and John Stewart like me feel a bit like Barry and Hal are their dad's (or grandpa's) Flash and GL.
July 30, 2013 3:18 pm Starfire has got some rib cage cleavage going on. Is that a trait of all Tamaraneans?
July 19, 2013 3:46 pm Gettin this shit in trades. So dope. One of a few bright spots in the New 52. The best WW interpretation so far in my opinion. The story does wander a bit, but the tone and art are spot on. WW actually looks Greek too, for the first time I can remember.
