September 21, 2012 1:34 pm Two weeks ago I was walking around a ritzy bayside area of Long Island (Port Jefferson, to be precise) when I came across a swanky cigar shop. On a whim I said, "I'm going to go in there, buy a $20 cigar, and then smoke it while reading some gorgeous comics on my back porch." My comic book choice was this very printed volume. Clearly something about THE ROCKETEER: THE COMPLETE ADVENTURES says "high class indulgence."

September 13, 2012 10:10 am This was "my book" for a long while there. Funny you mention LOTDK, as it was SOTB that got me into LEGENDS in the first place. I asked my LCS, "do you have other Batman books like this?" Fantabulous.

September 12, 2012 2:25 pm I second the nomination for THE FURTHER ADVENTURES OF BATMAN. I still often reflect on the one where Bruce starts to hallucinate the recently deceased Joker. Wonderful.
