March 16, 2013 8:43 pm A very sweet romantic story. Especially with the ring following Razor like that. I like that they kept the hand from Crisis, just to keep it was nice touch.
March 16, 2013 8:42 pm I liked it, hated the way it ended in a cliffhanger that we may never see. Reminded me of how they ended WITCH. But at least we did get to some fun stuff and I long ago gave up having a cartoon series I liked not being cut off. JLU was the only exception. I did think that Black Manta actually would have been proud of Cal Deron fighting Black Beatle that way. Still gonna miss it.
February 16, 2013 7:00 pm There was a lot of clever writing here. "Not again" "The Buffet closes in five minutes" "We are sorry to take you away from such important matters." My favorite "Are those surated teeth?" when she sees Atroctus. I'm glad she kept the ring but doesn't she need a battery? I feel sorry for Aya, she's in pain yet she got the 'you're only a machine' speech. You think a love based power planet would be kinder.
February 9, 2013 3:50 pm I liked it but I'm amazed at how easily manipulated the adult league has been.
February 9, 2013 3:48 pm I enjoyed it but I wonder how much if any difference there is between the world army guys and Steppenwolf. With the Flash and his friends caught between those two groups I'd have to ask why bother favoring one over the other.
February 9, 2013 2:21 pm I've simply come to the conclusion that the same type of person who is an editor of a person in charge at DC or Marvel is the same type of person who runs for public office. You could have a conversation about comic books with an editor or a conversation with a congressman about politics and it would come down to same fact: They are smarter than you are, they know more than you are, they have larger responsibilities than you do, and your value and opinion as an individual is utterly meaningless to them because you have no power to affect them in any meaningful way. One vote, one comic book sale is a crystal in a snowstorm as far as they are concerned. They are going for the greater sales or the greater good and i you are part of that it's great, if not... Then you simply don't matter to them. We don't matter. We probably never have.
February 3, 2013 1:25 pm Poor Aya, she's learning the hard way that love isn't easy. Not that Razor is helping any. She really needs to talk to Hal's girlfriend. It's been interesting to see her progression from voice to robot, from un-complicated character to complex one. In the beginning of the series she reminded me of Zen from Blakes 7. Once again we see how really useless the Guardian's are. I actually liked Zox in this episode. The one thing that did show through, at the end I remembered that the actress who does Aya also does Mandy on the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and at the end of the episode I heard a bit of Mandy coming through there.
December 5, 2012 9:38 pm They seem to really hate capitalism and coke.
November 29, 2012 11:31 am Incredible. A supervillain in a marvel comic? A real supervillain! Not a miss-understood hero? Not a hero driven insane by power? Not a SHIELD or US Government agency? I thought that marvel had given up on evil supervillains.
November 27, 2012 4:27 pm To me this has all sort of fallen into a pattern. 10 Hype 20 Crossover or Big Event 30 New Creative Teams 40 Goto 10 The new number 1 is meaningless unless you are a cataloguer and once a character has been shredded for a big event I don't look back until that character hits the discount bins. No sense getting excited about what are in effect just team change ups.
