June 22, 2013 7:17 am Yet for all of this negative energy it's probably still going to sell. Marvel can put anything out there and it will still sell. That puzzles me. Low quality, confusing storyline, out of character responses and it all still sells.

May 31, 2013 5:20 pm I've found that the limit to stating that you don't like a storyline, is two to three. I'm not sure who decided that rule, but it seems to be a rule. Any more than that you and are labeled a negative person and from that point on you are mocked, scorned and insulted no matter how you phrase your thoughts. Some of the fun I've been treated to are listed bellow. "You take comics too seriously" "If you don't like it why do you buy it" "aren't you spending a lot of time talking about what you don't like? Shouldn't you seek help?" "Why are you still here?" "Every word I read from you I picture eyeoore saying." "You don't like the character because of that storyline? That was a long time ago, move on (you idiot)." If you go onto a board and say that you don't like a comic and hold to that then you better be ready to take lumps. Especially if you are in the minority. There are negative fans and I guess I've been one, especially where marvel is concerned (I don't like that heroes commit murder), but there are fans who are negative about comics and fans who are negative about other fans and the later category is far more vicious than the former.
May 21, 2013 8:56 pm That's the best article about fan generational divide that I've ever read.
May 18, 2013 5:05 pm Nothing on the dc web sight for writers, still looking for artist though.
May 18, 2013 8:55 am If DC comics is pushing out the veterans, I wonder if this means that they might be looking for some new talent?
May 9, 2013 4:22 pm You know if you outline the white section of the top of her costume it almost looks like the Playboy bunny symbol.
May 9, 2013 4:20 pm Pre civil war I liked the character. But in civil war she was a fascist, post civil war she was Tony's puppet in Avengers and I'd given up on the character. Now she's got a DC name and a costume I don't like and I don't like the art in her book anyway. I'll content myself with reading the old stuff where I liked her.
May 4, 2013 8:46 pm Then again if this is a Flashpoint style reboot and they wipe away everything since Avengers Dissasembled I might start buying marvel again.
May 4, 2013 5:12 pm Not if you have a time machine and a lot of other options. Sue could have gone back and saved her kids. She could have done a lot of things other than murder.
