February 16, 2013 9:09 pm Deadshot, Waller, Harley, and King Shark. KS is pure comedy cold. He has to stay too. "Dim Sum!" I'm still cracking up.
January 25, 2013 10:12 pm It was great. My PotW.
January 10, 2013 10:29 am My PotW - great cover, great art and I loved the continued World building Robinson is doing. It really reads like a different Earth than DC's Earth Prime. Even though I love the JSA, I've liked even more this issue and the previous one focusing on Khan, Sloane and the World Army's Politics. When the JSA finally units, they'll have a lot of stuff to do.
December 13, 2012 3:46 pm Good review by grifter78 and spot on in my opinion. I'm really enjoying this title.
November 16, 2012 11:38 pm I agree with the comments above that this was an excellent issue. It's been my favorite Green Lantern titles since The New 52 began and has pushed Gardner to the top of my list of favorite Lanterns. And while many here would disagree, it was my pick of the week, even over Batman. Tomasi's story is one I look forward to seeing where it goes.
October 9, 2012 4:57 pm Out of all the Third Wave books, this was the one I was looking forward to the most and the one I enjoyed the most. Conceptually, it is right in my wheelhouse since I love stories involving "ordinary" humans dealing with extraordinary situations, whether metahumans or otherwise. I thought as introductory issues go, the zero issue was excellent and it was my "Pick of the Week" on iFanboy; I liked it that much. Having read comics and DC comics for over 40 years, I am very well versed in the DC characters making up the team but was unfamiliar with the Wildstorm contingent along with the new characters (obviously). They did a great job filling me in on their basics, enough that I am interested in learning how they'll fit on the team. After one issue, Dinah Drake (Black Canary) and Bronson (the rock-climbing guy) are my favorite. I agree with those saying this title reminds them of what Blackhawks might have been if given the time and also with those saying Team 7's execution out of the gate is superior. Honestly, I would love to see a Team 7 book and Blackhawks' book exist side by side on DC's publishing schedule. I was happy to see a Blackhawk story in DCP #0 so maybe DC isn't done with the team yet?
March 25, 2012 1:29 am Batman was great but I went with Wonder Woman as my PotW. For me, it's just be great, with only Flash being better.
March 25, 2012 1:10 am +1 In my opinion, Wonder Woman was the best book of the week, even over Batman.
