July 17, 2013 9:05 pm The lack of Leopardon is distressing.
April 3, 2013 1:43 pm Weird. I thought Dark Horse already did a Flash Gordon book.
March 26, 2013 9:49 am Huh. Not even a title show. Well, that's what you'd call a teaser alright.
March 14, 2013 10:13 pm You know, guys, I think you've kind of over-done it. I get that you wanted to be funny and create a parody of what everyone thinks a fake-nerd-girl is to show the ridiculousness of the whole concept, but the satire is starting to go a little too far into the obvious, and soon everyone is just gonna know. I mean, no one can ever honestly be like this and be called a successful journalist, even if just an internet one for a comics website.
March 14, 2013 11:41 am No Golden Bat/Ogon Bat/Fantaman? He is the very first superhero ever to be created, even predating the first incarnation of Superman, first being seen in 1930. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%8Cgon_Bat

Can't wait for the next writer to say that it wasn't really Damian Wayne who died and that Damian is still alive and well in Genosha. .. I mean Gotham.
February 12, 2013 11:28 pm If I were to do a list of the top 5 Best Secret Identities, I think Superman/Clark Kent would be number one on the list. Who expects the man who does nothing to hide his face, and tells people that he is an alien from the planet Krypton named Kal-El to be also masquerading around as anyone else?
December 19, 2012 3:37 pm I wanna see a comic about Martian Manhunter not realizing that there is no Santa Claus, but shocked to find out that Stanta is "late" delivering the presents, so he tries to do it all himself. That sounds like a fun tale for the old Detective from Mars.
November 16, 2012 9:03 pm But the problem with that is that when you set out to "delve a little deeper" to solve problems at their root, we get into blaming the most innocuous and inane things for being the source of the problem. I don't see that this is simply an issue of "solving a problem", because this is a cultural issue affecting individual mind sets. We can't just go around changing people's minds, and blaming certain behaviors of people for the cause of this. What we have here is an issue that needs to be addressed and needs to be understood. Is female=cosplay a correct assumption? Who has the right to call themself a nerd? What gives someone a right to call themself a nerd? Is cosplay an aspect of the fandom, or something of its own? Does gender have any bound on what someone can or cannot read or experience? Do 'fair weather fans' have the same bounds as the life long fans? What exactly constitutes as elitism? These are the questions that need to addressed and talked about and understood, and that's what these articles are here for. Setting out to "solve a problem" more often ends up to the type of action that leads to ostracization and to witch hunts, and it really isn't far off from a certain psychologist who wanted to "solve" the problem of juvenile delinquency.
November 1, 2012 3:47 pm And here I was just about to give Barry this comically oversized trophy for being the nicest person ever.
