I want digital comics. I don't want to be locked into the iPad. I want something like Netflix where I buy the rights to view the content but I can see it on whatever device I want, be it PC, game system, phone, or whatever. That's what Graphic.ly is promising but it's still not out yet.

 And yes, the digital comics need to be day and date with the floppies.

I'm definitely willing to beta test but the requirement of downloading the seperate .Net 4.0 Framewrok concerns me. That's alpha (internal) testing stuff.

Re: Videogames. You should've mentioned Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Besides a great story that bridged the gap between the awful prequels and the original trilogy, it was adapted as a Dark Horse comic.

The problem with the Punisher is the same one with Conan and Wolverine (at least as he's written now), he's a one note killing machine. No character depth there.

Though there were a couple of exceptions. In his first appearence (Amazing Spider-Man #129), he was very conflicted about what he did. And in Punisher War Journal #12-13, it was revealed Frank considered a life in the priesthood when he was a teenager. He confessed to his teacher that he knew you should forgive, but he felt sinners deserved to be punished. He felt shame for trusting god to punish evil doers in the afterlife.

December 2, 2008 3:39 pm Martha Wayne's backstory was covered in the 2-issue limited series comic and novel 'Batman: The Ultimate Evil'. In it, Bruce discovered his mother was a crusader against child pornography. Batman took down a porn dealer she had been trying to have arrested.
