I really liked the start of this series but it began to lose steam last month. This month’s offering was very confusing. I feel like a lot of the characters are undefined, and other than having “god-powers” and/or being jerks they don’t have a lot of explanation. I was confused by a lot of what was going on, especially the whole teleporting thing. The art was very good in Chiang’s absence but maybe I didn’t read closely enough to get all the plot points.

Story: 2 - Average
Art: 4 - Very Good

  1. My impression thus far for the appreciation of this title, is how much you know about greek mythology. Reading names and seeing how they are depicted and their roles in the DCU is really what drives me on this. Plus Wonder Woman kicks ass.

Just for shits and giggles, go read a bit about mythology on wikipedia and re-read the past issues. I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy it more! 🙂
