Ah, snarky Scott, my favorite Scott. This issue did a wonderful job of
showing how Cyclops works through a problem. I’m now fairly certain
that mutants will be the newest tribe of of American Indians by the end
of this story. That or they’re just leaving America period, but they’ve
done that already in Australian era so I don’t see that. This issue
mostly focused on the Dark Team. It has the same problem that all the
Dark teams have. They’re strong as individuals but won’t work well
together as a team. Honestly, the way that Marvel is portraying all the
characters, it’s a wonder that the spit and twine that is holding any
of these teams together has held for as long as it has. It is really
interesting that something as subtle as the egotism of the villains
will presumably be what eventually brings them down.
