The 100th issue represented a crossroads for me and The Walking Dead. Since Rick led the group fled the prison,, Kirkman has not been able to escalate the plot. A gang of cannibals could be suspenseful, but only before they met The Governor. It’s unfortunate that it’s taken fifty-two issues, but I’m excited and hopeful to see Negan and the Savinors take The Walking Dead to levels the series hasn’t seen since Woodbury.
