  1. Okay, I agree with everything.  The yawn heard around the world.  OH, and the norn stones takes all the bad guys powers away???  The dreaded VOID was a hermit crab with a smart mouth who tears Loki apart for gets smashed by a helicarrier and a guy with a magic mallet?  Oh, it’s Thor…. I see…..  It is the end of Siege….  OH, and the President is in there.  What the hell is the phrase ‘I serve at the honor of my President’?  The honor of my President????  Soldiers, like Mr. Rogers, would not say that or anything about serving to a person.  At the behest of Congress perhaps or at the will of the American People.  This comic is drivel.

Though not as bad as say, ‘Fallen Sun’.

    Story: -1000 and Art: 2….

  2. Everyone who works for the president says they "serve at the pleasure of the president." It’s tradition and it honors the office, not the man. It is about civic duty and duty to one’s country, embodied in the executive branch. Everyone says it.

That being said, the art and story were both clearly rushed, making this last issue less than totally satisfying.
