Another solid effort by DC. While not an outstanding book by any means, it wasn’t a disappointment by any means. The story is adequate if spotty at times. Jason Todd now has dark hair again (like the rest of the men in the bat family). It’ll also be interesting to see if he’s willing to kill now that he’s a hero again despite the title. The adult situations (sex) didn’t bother me too much as everyone in the book is an adult, and promiscuity has nothing to do with being a crime fighter.

I think the thing I’m most disappointed with is Rocafort’s art. After exhilarating pencils in Madam Mirage and Hunter Killer, his work seemed rushed or muddled. Not quite sure how to describe it. Maybe it’s the inks.

Ultimately, this is a book that I’ll stick with for the first arc.

Story: 2 - Average
Art: 3 - Good
