Steve Niles and Ashley Wood’s cult superhero team is off and running with some spectacular at by Fiona Staples.  I love her sense of colors, and how she skirts around photorealism without looking like she just spent an hour on photoshop to come up with her art.  We don’t get much of a feel for exactly who the characters in this book are, only that they mean business, and are into some weird shit.
