With this issue, the Generation Lost storyline gets a lot more focused, as we see how Blackest Night has effected Maxwell Lord’s powers.  Plus, there’s a new member. (***spoiler warning: it’s not Deadpool***)

After a great opening scene, the book started to lose me a bit in the middle and then smacked me back in at the end.  I am also a tad amused that most of the characters in this book don’t require an artist to draw pupils.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 5 - Excellent

Comments

  1. Happy to hear–really can’t wait to read this. 😀

  2. Nice to hear this is keeping it’s momentum.  I think this is the best thing to come out of Brightest Day so far.

  3. @malecema: I agree.  Although I also very much like Birds Of Prey.
