I think I am going to like this Earth. The golden age heroes are now the most modern heroes in the newDCU. Jay is a college student who doesn’t know what to do with himself since his lack of ambition made him loose his girl in a painful yet diplomatic break up. Alan has all the potential for heroism and life is about to test his mettle. Finally we get a nice reveal of a new hawk lady!

I like that the big three are dead but there spirit of sacrifice very much alive. I like that batman saved everyone and then died. I like that this JSA is going to be what it was (the worlds first superhero team) and what its should be: THE Vanguard! These new heroes are emerging before our eyes just as a new threat is on its way and look at who they have to live up to! This will hopefully grow into an exciting book as Robinson surprises with new character reveals/origins
