Sadly, the Demon Knights train for me will stop with this issue. Writer Paul Cornell and artists Diogenes Neves and Oclair Albert had a good thing going in #1, but this one reads like a randomly generated Dungeons & Dragons session. The love triangle between Etrigan/Jason Blood/Madame Xanadu was one of the best elements of #1, but it’s ignored here.
