What?

No, serious… what? The story had great range: from bad to boring. It was convoluted, wordy and uninteresting. I get the concept, it’s Quantum Leap but instead of Scott Bakula, it’s a @#$%head ghost (is this guy supposed to be likable? relatable?) but instead of where Scott solves the problem and saves the day, this guy fails people. Maybe there’s more to him, but that’s what I got from this. I might be down for the premise, if the storytelling was better.

The art, as far as art goes was mediocre. The art as far as storytelling goes was horrid. I feel like it may have damaged my iPad.

The upside is, Green Arrow is no longer the worst reboot title I’ve read. So there’s that. Call me when the creative team changes and this book is presenting something else.

Story: 2 - Average
Art: 1 - Poor
