This is how to do a climatic battle.  Unlike Flash Rebirth, this issue has an even matched battle.  Plus its classic Captain America.  Steve Rogers battles the Red Skull in the subconcious of his mind, while Bucky fights the Cap Skull in front of the Lincoln Memorial.  Man this is a great read.  Also loved seeing Crossbones lead a sqaud of MODOKs.  About the only thing that was missing was Sharon and Sin fighting again.  However Bucky got a nice shield bash on her.  Really this issue is more about Steve's supporting cast than him.  The artwork was fantastic especially when you see Steve trapped in the Skull's dream world where NYC in the 1940s was under Nazi rule.  Reading this issue reminded of the first arc of Brubaker's run WINTER SOLDIER.  I don't care that the outcome has been spoiled in other comics.  This is a masterpiece.
