Every week I read this book I think, "Damn I missed an issue!" And then soon I am reminded that I did not miss an issue and that this book every week starts with a time jump.
I find that I both enjoy and sometimes dislike this book at the same time. I love how the team gets things done and the interaction between them. This week for example to see the interaction between Batgirl and Green Arrow was fantastic. To have these two on a team like this and not expect them to beat the crap out of each other because of their past would be stupid.
I dislike however the fact that every week I think I missed an issue and that there is so many jumps in this book. I also want them to finally figure out the roster of this book. It just seems odd that there was a bunch of one shots leading up to this book to show the roster and then it ends up changing over and over again. I believe Geo-Force joined one of the last issues and we have yet to really see him in action, in fact I don't even think he was in this issue that I can remember.
The art is some of the best I have seen lately. I love the way all of the characters look and how their costumes change depending on the situation. It gives the book a very spy feeling to it. I also love the darker coloring as I have mentioned in a couple of my other reviews. It helps tend to make all of these characters and their goofy colored costumes not look so goofy.

Story: 3 - Good

The reason everything is so all pver the place with this book (especially the roster) is because the original writer of the series was Tony Bedard and then he left and Chuck Dixon came on. So everything that Bedard was planning for and set up with the one shots went out the window. I don’t think that Dixon has settled in yet.
@Conor – Thanks I thought it was set up to be Dixon all along. But I am gad to see him writing Batman again, even if it is only a couple panels each issue.
