Batman and Robin was the book I enjoyed most consistently before the relaunch and I was really looking forward to a new number 1 even if Dick wasn’t Damian’s partner. After two issues I’m done. I don’t know what was lost in the change over, but the story seems insignificant and the relationships fake. All the things I loved about the Damian, Dick, Alfred interaction is gone, and it will be missed. Oh by the way, what is with the pig mobile. Is the triple hole pig snout batmobile a new model for 2011?

  1. Totally disagree, except for the pig snout mobile part. That thing does look kinda funky.

  2. I guess I’m a little confused about your complaint. Of course the relationships are different; there is a different Batman. Did you expect the same dynamic from Bruce/Damian?

    • I don’t think he is commenting that the relationship aught to be the same, he is just saying that the change is not one that he likes.
