In my first year of comics there have been a lot of examples of why I love this art form. But this issue of Spider-man is the definitive example of why I love comics. Joe Kelly writes this issue perfectly and is set next to great art. This has everything I want in a Spider-man issue but most importantly Joe Kelly puts weight on a character I’ve never known. So much weight that I teared up. Everyone should be reading this series.
