  1. I can’t remember the last time I wanted an ark to end SO BADLY and have that not be because I’m so engrossed by it.

I just want a new story fast.

  2. Does anyone know what the next arc is going to be?

  3. ^I think Rogue’s sticking around, I know that much. I also know that at some point in the somewhat near future this series is getting another slight title change. I forget what it’s going to be renamed, but I seem to remember that the new title has been floated out there (of course it’s "X-Men [something]").

Yeah, six months ago I really liked Legacy. Then this arc happened and it sucked all my enthusiasm away. Really wish it had only taken three issues to tell this story, not five. They should have cut all the stuff with the new Star Jammers/Sh’iar-whatever characters.

  4. @flapjaxx   Agreed I’m not sure what the point of the new Shi’ar was.

  5. I’m in agreement with everyone.  The combination of Xavier, Rogue, and Gambit is quite lame.  I’m confident it will get better sooner or later.  It always does.

  6. I agree with many commenters above. This arc is two issues too long…I don’t care anymore

  7. Im kinda looking forward to the Rogue and Gambit reunion….(finally)

  8. My girlfriend is a huge Rogue/Gambit fan, and has been nagging me with "Are they back together yet?!" or "Why are they still apart!!??". It’s almost like she’s blaming me for them being apart haha. I hope for my sake that they finally get back together…

  9. Yeah, despite the arc being a downer overall, this issue was pretty dang good.

  10. This issue was a pleasant surprise– it managed to "salvage" the story arc, in fact.

  11. Enjoyed this issue. Just thought that what happens to one of the characters would have been a bigger deal when it happend.  Just seems like they tossed it in. Overall the arc wasn’t that bad.

  12. Overall the arc was uneven, but I have to agree that this issue made up for it. It was a wonderful wrap up.

  13. good issue, but I actually found the action of the last couple of issues to be more interesting.

  14. also notable: although some of the early issues were with flashback artists, Scot Eaton has only had one fill-in since #208.  Apparently this is his last issue, but that’s a good run for a penciller these days.

  15. This could’ve been a three issue arc and wasted a lot less of our time. I liked the ending, though. ‘Bout time we did something with Rogue that’s never been done before.

  16. Thank you Carey for this issue.  It’s about time Rogue moves forward as a character.  I agree with everyone this arc was 2 issues to long but couldn’t have ended better.  Wonder what the next arc is going to be?
