  1. I’m really enjoying reading this in issues but I’m sure it reads better in trade.

  2. It’s a testament to how well Peter David writes that I almost don’t want to read this b/c I hate what Rahne is doing to Rictor so much.  If I don’t read it, it doesn’t happen!  (Who am I kidding of course I’m going to read it!)

  3. Peter is writing a really good story here, but man Rahne…it’s cruel what she’s doing to Rictor.

  4. The plots of each arc of this book have been quite good, but what makes this my favorite book on the stands is the crazy and engaging drama between all the players, and how PAD gets us to care about what happens to these characters because of that. Deceitful Rahne certainly has me gripped, since she’s a good (and religious) person at heart, and it’ll not only be intriguing to see where this hole that she dug herself into leads, but it’ll also be interesting to see her dealing with this, since it HAS to make her uncomfortable.

  5. I read this in hardcover so I miss the crossovers for the most part. This has been good since the beginning.

  6. I guess Pat Davidson had the month off because this book was not inked by anyone.  I typically enjoy De Landro’s work but it not being inked hurts.  I’m not a fan of this inker-less trend.  Start on FF with Eaglesham which I didn’t like at all.  I love Thanos Imperative but I’m pretty sure that is not being inked either and it hurts otherwise great art.

Oh well.  The story itself was OK but I’m starting to lose interest in the title in general.  The Rayne stuff I don’t care about/don’t understand because I didn’t read X-Force.

  7. Some of the art seemed really sloppy but this still has me really interested.

  8. Back to the shenanigans in Vegas please.

  9. I think PAD was deliberately over-dropping the "Meanwhiles" but that got old fast. Otherwise, liked this issue a lot, although the art was a bit to sketchy for me.
