  1. I’m actually looking forward to this one.  Let’s see what we’re dealing with here, people.

  2. I have to say this is the highest I’ve ever seen WW on the pull list.  Let’s hope that JMS can pull this off!

  3. Man I am psyched! I never thought I would say that about ww! Lets hope JMS can keep it up long term.

  4. More excited about this than Superman, that’s for sure. Maybe JMS is the medicine WW needed.

  5. I am very intrigued by this series! I’m gonna be buying for a while I suspect…

  6. While I’ll be sticking with Superman for the time being, it’s very clear that JMS has a different approach to WW than he does for ‘Grounded.’ Superman seems like more symbol than story at this point, whereas the preview certainly had a promising start to an actual story. Interested to see how this plays out.

  7. #600 kind of bored me! I hope this actually goes somewhere!

  8. I like where they are going with the story, but the script for JMS’ part of 600 didn’t really wow me. Gonna give this series an issue or two to grab me.

  9. I hated Superman 601 so much I have very little faith in this or JMS any more.  But he has written great stuff in the past.

  10. It took this relatively drastic change to get me to try Wonder Woman.  I’m enjoying it so far.  Nothing mind blowing yet.  I actually dislike her traditional costume so I welcome the new one with open arms.  Don Kramer is awesome.  I’m still on board.

  11. Wasn’t great. Wasn’t bad. For some reason I think if I had any familiarity to the WW universe I would know who the villain is.

My Bet is that Aphrodite recended her blessing because of the Star Saphire incident in Blackest Night. She is a moody $#%&! Probably didn’t like sharing.

  12. Dang it. Forgot to spell check. For some reason Firefox doesn’t auto spell check ifanboy anymore.

  13. Sooo good! POW!

  14. Great stuff as usual from JMS. Really makes me wanna read more.

  15. During his panel at comic-con he rounded up some voice actors and they did a live reading while the audience saw the images projected on a screen. Made for a much more immersive experience.

  16. Never have read WW before but this was really strong.  Waiting for my DCBS order to read the rest of the books but this is an early consideration for my pick of the week.

  17. Solid book I am surprised how well JMS is doing on this book but not so well on Superman.

  18. Got any gum?  Really?  Still hate the costume, the story ain’t much better.
