  1. This came out last week and was solid 4/5

  2. That’s a lot of artists.

  3. Gamma Sharks!

    I loved that movie.

  4. got the 1st book 4 1/2 price, it was good, I am on for the 1st arc!

  5. Anything Jason Aaron writes is worth staying on for at least the first story arc i feel, hes definetly earned that much due to his writing abilities. With that said although the first issue wasnt amazing or the best thing ive ever read it was still pretty good and im intrested in whats to come.

  6. Am I the only one who prefers the Hulk to be stupid? My first introduction to the Hulk (other than as a kid) was in The Ultimates and I thought he was a blast of a character. A brilliant scientist as bruce banner and then an angry numb-nuts hulk was just so much fun to read. It’s not that this comic is bad, i’m actually enjoying it and the writing is solid but the Hulk as this level headed intelligent person just really throws me off. Anyone else feel this way or am I just being too nitpicky here?

    • I like the dumb Hulk. I think the dumb Hulk can be great, but it takes a really good writer to pull it off. Bill Mantlo is a good example. What I can’t stand is when he’s depicted as Banner’s mind with Hulk’s body. That’s no fun. I hope I never see Hulk in glasses and a pony tail again. It would be neat if the Hulk eventually reverts to the savage Hulk in Aaron’s run.

    • I agree with you, I MUCH prefer monosyllabic Hulk.

  7. 12 Artists?

Simply incredible. (see what I did there?)

  8. Forget the art — while not up to “Scalped” or “Punisher Max,” this series is slowly edging it’s way towards credibility. I got this last week on ComiXology as well, and gave it a solid four stars.

  9. Not 3.99 good, but it’s a slow week for me….

  10. 6 artists for 20 pages? Is Silvestri that slow? Or lazy? or is there something more?

  11. Fun stuff. Big silly action, Hulk doesn’t give a fuck, which is fun, but the Banner stuff is the most interesting to me. It’s long been established that Hulk is an aspect of Bruce’s mind, and the idea that he’s not complete without him makes perfect sense and raises interesting questions about the very nature of ol’ Jade Jaws.

  12. this launch is a disaster. It could have been great, and instead it’s just a less than average read. oh well, guess I’ll wait until the next re-launch.

  13. Banner is a true lunatic and how he can’t just enjoy a normal life now and spend some quality time with his super hot wife is beyond me. On a tropical island with a hot ass Betty….oh shit its really a nuclear blast area….what a goof!! She is pissed and I think she is in love with The Hulk and not Bruce he truly brings the real meaning together for the word dork. The Hulk is just trying to be left alone as usual and we all know how thats going to end up. Gave this issue a 4 and I for one happen to like this title.
