Please let Lois’ turning point be getting out from behind a desk. She needs to be out in the field causing trouble, not sitting behind a computer screen talking to other reporters on the phone.
I agree, TomO, Lois is being wasted as a producer. Bring back Josh for that!
reis should really draw this comic. seriously.
+1 on Reis.
I saw Reis’ cover and I totally agree Dan art is good but so out dated to me Ivan really should get off Aquaman and go on Superman maybe more people will start picking it up
I’ve always wondered why Superman was never given DC’s top talent. You’d think they’d put all their eggs in this basket, right? (well next to JL)
+2 on Reis.
I’m enjoying this now more than when Perez wrote it. I still miss the old DCU, but this is not all that bad.
Masochist = Further proof that DC’s heart belong’s to 1995…
Lol – too true in too many ways. 🙂
what’s up with the cover?
It was different yesterday, wasn’t it?
Yeah bro. I wonder what happened? It seems like it’s for a completely different story. They might change the issue like they did with detective comics earlier this month.
I dug it. I thought it was possibly the best issue so far. I know that’s not saying much.
Good issue
I’ve been enjoying this title. One of the few for the New 52 I’m afraid. And this was a great issue on top of it. Keep it up, team 🙂
Perez’s run has been more of a complete kinda satisfying issue(s) imo compared to what we got in issue #7 and #8 tho I kinda like them, but Perez wrote his issues without that abrupt ending. Still gonna check out issue #9, I saw some preview pages that caught my interest.
About Reis doing the art maybe it would have added a better touch to the storyline since issue #7, but I was thinking on the lines of Merino doing the penciling, both artist would give the story a different feeling (in a good way) with their style imo.
Jurgens’ penciling and Merino’s inks looks really good by the way but just saying…….
