  1. I’m not sure why Mahmud Asrar isn’t a star yet. He’s fantastic. They need to give him a shot on a big book

  2. I’m ready for her to be friends with the Supes family. C’mon, Kara!

  3. I’m a little behind on this series, so I haven’t read any of the H’el stuff, but I’m LOVING it. Only Superman family book I haven’t dropped.

  4. This is the best super family book! I’m ready for this crossover to be finished though it’s just not very interesting.

  5. I think the whole line of Superbooks needs a revamp/kick in the ass. The Bat family is growing ever larger, while the Super family seems to be stagnant.

  6. H’el on Earth has officially killed my interest in Supergirl. The art is still great but the story is boring and a swerve from what came before. Granted, I’m not picking up Superman and Superboy, but I don’t feel like buying an extra 8 issues to get the complete story. So Supergirl is getting dropped and that’s the risk publishers run with these direct crossovers.

Also, I hate reading the name H’el.

  7. I can’t agree less about previous comments regarding Asrar’s artwork. It is the only flaw to this title.

  8. Art work aside.Supergirl is one of my favorite Superman book. The entire Superman Family line is great but unfortunately overlooked by the mass of Batman books.

This event is a good chance for the New 52 Superman Family to finally get some face time with each other. We saw how Supergirl and Superman work together and how Superboy and Supergirl but now we’re able to see Superman and Superboy together again. Not to mention see all three of them.

I like how Supergirl isn’t just “teenage girl” like she was in the old universe. She really feels out of place on Earth and wants somewhere to belong but she just can’t believe/trust Kal.This H’El fellow really works well with Supergirl, both aspire for Krypton’s return and feel alienated on Earth.

I think whatever happens at the end of this H’El on Earth event, things won’t be the same for the Man, Girl and Boy of Steel.
