  7. Last issue depressed me a lot with what happened to a certain character. I expect things to get even worse before we get to the end.

  8. this is the first issue that quite literally had me on the edge of my seat. so often i thought “uh,oh. this is it” and then it turns out that we are just checking the engine or what have you.
    the first page sets the tone for the rest of the book with classic misdirection of potentionally horrific situations. the pace picks up and slows down on the drop of a dime.
