O.M.A.C. #5

Not sure if I want to buy Frankenstein cause I didn’t like it when I tried it out the first time. But if this issue kicks ass, which it should, I might not have a choice.
I’m loving Frankenstein, but dropped this after first issue. I’m going to get this though.
Haha, in contrast to both comments above, I’ve been loving both OMAC and Frankenstein and am totally amped for this.
Same here!

OMAC week is the best week! I didn’t like Frankenstein at first, but it grew on me. I just had to get used to Ponticelli’s art.
Also, I now have a new desktop image.
Can i make this my Pick of the Week, right NOW?! I just have a feeling it will be. lol
Frank & OMAC are two of my favorite books right now, superfun.superscience.
I thought I’d check this thread to see what camps there were. Very interesting. I love Frankenstien, but it doesnt look like if you like one your automatically like the other.
I read Lwmire saying you can read one without the other, so I think I’ll just stick to Frankenstein for now
I agree. Which is why I am just sticking to OMAC.
I’ve been meaning to jump back into FRANKENSTEIN and this crossover is as good an excuse as any!
Thats a migty fine uppercut there. This is going to be fantastic.
You know you’re a geek when you’re drooling in anticipation of reading this crossover!
I’m a geek and I’m proud! 😀
Could this be the best DC title right now? It’s close….but it definitely wins as the most fun comic on the stands right now.
5/5 (POTW)
It’s a damn close race, but this, Batman, and Swamp Thing rock my face every issue.
Best editor’s note EVER.
I know!!!
I turned the page and thought ‘Wait, am I missing something..?’
Then I read the editor’s note.
I LOL-ed.
A lot.
yep
Agreed.
Perfect – My Pick of the Week!
This book just gets better and better. I think this is the best issue yet. Only book I’ve read so far, and fuck it, pick of the week. Nothing is topping this.
I agree, every issue has gotten better! So sad that it’ll be ending soon, but until then…..lovin it!!
i’m curious what input Jeff Lemire had in this, he’s listed in the interior credits…Franky dialogue perhaps?
Considering that this is part 1 of a 2-part crossover with his Frankenstein title, I would expect that he had a healthy dose of plotting at the very least. Plus those S.H.A.D.E. query dialogue boxes looked spot on with how they read in Frankenstein.
I just love reading OMACTIVATE…I think Frankie handed OMAC a ass whooping. Another FUN issue..
