I’m hoping Will Conrad’s art is much better this time around. Brett Booth swayed me so let’s hope the odds are in our favor. I’d hate to leave this series after a solid run so far.
My sentiments exactly. This book has been a breath of fresh air, but without Booth last issue was a bit lacking…
Tony Zullo! Tony Zucco’s new name and it took years, YEARS for Nightwing to figure out his parent’s killer new identity!
This was a bit better than the last issue, but I’m still struggling to find things to enjoy. The Prankster really isn’t that great of a villain, but Higgins still writes a good Nightwing. Although the quips were so much I thought this was a Spider-Man issue for a second. The art by Conrad was better….but not by much.
I really don’t wanna drop this because it’s always been a solid entry for DC since the relaunch. So I’m gonna give it one more chance and if it doesn’t gel I’ll sadly have to let it go.
