   More Olympic madness!

   Considering how Fred Van Lente is sorta ‘hyping’ the finale of this, I am curious to see where this is gonna go. Hopefully Brown’s pencils can be a bit more tighter here.

   Ugh…..This event isn’t going well so far.

   Too much exposition and the event really hasn’t done anything for me. It pains me to think that this series is starting to lose it’s steam.

   I am going to have to disagree with you champion. I think the exposition is what makes this comic good. You know explaining why you have all these characters there and who they are as opposed to just having a knock down drag out brawl. I think all the talking is needed and it is what gives this book it’s humor you know. As far as loosing steam goes, I guess you could say that but I enjoyed it and am eagerly awaiting the next issue.

   I also wanted to the throw out there one moment that I absolutely detested was the wolverine face off. why did he not just kill the guy instead of talking to him. I just wanted him to kill the guy, this moment threw me off. all the other faceoff’s I felt were done really well: my favorite being the one with US Agent thought that was just great. but that wolverine one. something about it just seems off to me. I was thinking to my self if I had someone between my claws they would be dead. other than that, i liked it.

   @RazorEdge: I dont mind it when Pak/Lente do that in the issues. I mean I have no idea who these myths and creatures are so it was helpful to know who was fighting who. But it took up waaaay to much of the issue and by the time they were done that part of the comic; it only had about 3-5 pages of actual story to tell. That’s just bad pacing.

   Hmm you know I see what you’re saying. Particulary when this book is 4 dollars. But it is only the 2nd part of a 4 part arc. Could it have been done better; Yes but was it good none the less: I think personal prefrence plays a big part here. I think there have been pay offs in this book before, so i wont entirely give up on this book.
