   Hey I have never read Green Arrow/Black Canary and this issue sound good. ( maybe because it says League of Assassins!)  Can I jump on at this point and be ok?

   I think so. Just know that Ollie’s son was shot in the first issue and is now missing.

   I think this might be the first issue of the modern era that I’ve read with Plastic Man.

   The story dragged a bit in this issue.
