  1. Wasn’t this originally going to be from Talon’s point of view?

  2. Only buying this because of the tie in. So many Batman titles out there and this one gets so many bad reviews.

  3. As a minority Bat-fan who has only liked Dark Knight and Batwing, the sooner this crossover is over the better.

  4. Getting this because Tim Drake is in it. That is all.

  5. I’m coming back to this book to try again. So far the Bat-family of books haven’t had enough Tim Drake for my taste, and I like Winick.

  6. Seeing Tim Drake back in Gotham and the fact I just watched it make me realize the three Stark boys from Game of Thrones would be perfectly cast as the Three Robins. Theion could play Red Hood too

  7. May well skip this one. The tie-ins have been so-so and this is on thin ice for me. Looking forward to the Night of Owls ending, too.

  8. I should sue DC for this issue. False advertising to say the least. Oh wait Red Robin was in this issue, but if you blink you miss him.

  9. WTH I only bought this issue because I thought it was Tim’s part in the story. Red Robin had no part in the story. @#$#! messed up DC messed up.

  10. What a flipping cop out putting red robin in the solicit and on the cover and then only have him in the background of one panel. DC should be ashamed.

  11. I thought the story was great, cool to see a full issue from one of the Talon’s POV. That being said, whoever decided this should be the cover might need a little talking to … did they even read script!

  12. Seriously WTF man…THAT COVER IS A LIE!!!!

  13. Only one panel of Tim? I call shenanigans.

  14. Only bought this for Tim Drake’s “triumphal” return, should’ve read the comments before buying the issue, what a waste of money

  15. You’ve gotta admit though, Tim Drake made that one panel look damn good (and the cover too). But yea. It was kinda stupid to have him on the cover and in the story for one damn panel. DC trolled a lot of people with this one. Well played DC.

  16. “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”?

  17. Thought this was great. I can understand the cover complaints. … But this was great!!

  18. The Dark Knight #9 should have been dedicated to Red Robin as initially solicited, or even better, to Batwoman, since her current arc did not allow her to be part of the story. As a tie-in, it wasn’t bad, but if you don’t read it, you really have not missed a lot.

  19. This is a bad issue, not because the Talon’s story wasn’t good (it was awesome!), but because the cover is Tim, the solicitation says “Red Robin”, and he’s in one panel at the end. I really think he’s only considered part of the Bat family because the fans talk about it. What a disgrace, and because of it, Judd’s story is forgotten. 🙁
