  1. Soooo excited for this!

  2. That zero month really screwed up the pacing of this story line. Still can’t wait for the finale though.

  3. Issue 12 was also billed as the conclusion of this storyline.

  4. I feel like I’ve been waiting for this issue forever. I enjoyed Zero month but hated how it disrupted the flow of the story.

  5. I think this is Ivan Reis last issue….I think.

  6. Final Ivan Reis issue means this is no longer a monthly pull. Will have to start judging each issue on its own merits.

  7. I can’t wait for this arc to be over so Aquaman can get back to the ocean

    • Yeah, but it helps their showing all the Aquaman haters he doesnt NEED to be in water. But looking at the Trench vs The Others story archs… I vote for more Trench-ish stories around the water. Can’t wait for the JL and Aquaman crossover though!

    • the Trench was awesome, but i gotta give the slight edge to this Others storyline. i would love an Others monthly title or perhaps the occasional mini. best new team with original characters since the 90’s.

    • I agree with Sitara, The Others would work perfectly in their own title, it could even start with them replacing Kahina.

    • @Smo5000
i think replacing Kahina would be an interesting story, but i’d rather wait to get to that. i would like more of a prequel start. when Arthur was an arrogant prick on the hunt for Manta and all the side adventures along the way. I’d like to know how the team got together and above all else, i want an Others story that has ALL the original characters alive. Kahina and especially Vostok are very interesting characters. i’d hate to be cheated out of characters i’ve come to love despite the short amount of time i’ve known them. i will be very surprised if Johns doesn’t utilize this well of potential greatness.

  8. WOW! It never even occurred to me to ask who Manta might be working for! I have no idea! I can’t wait for this ish. “The Others” has been GREAT!

  9. Great conclusion to the arc, I’m glad they dont reveal who the mastermind is. The panel work was my favorite part.

  10. Good stuff, this. Big time action fun. Bring on Pelletier!

  11. what do ya think, guys? is the mastermind his long lost mother?

  12. Like many others here I too loved “The Others”…..it would indeed be cool to see them spin out of this series.

  13. I loved “The Others” from beginning to end. It wasn’t just the introduction of those new, fascinating characters, but also what the story did to further Aquaman’s personality, and the way it redefined Black Manta as a villain. Can’t wait for “Throne of Atlantis.”
