I agree with your basic premise that she has a bit of the look and definitely the acting chops…but do you think she could even come close to bulking up enough for that? And do we just ignore the fact that she’s only 5’5″? Thats a lot of forced perspective shots.
After seeing the WW art above, it occurred to me that Rhona Mitra would make a good Wonder Woman.
It was immediately apparent that he used her as a reference to me too.
I’m a big Freckles fan, but Diana she is not.

So many great sketches. I really enjoyed the Winter Soldier, Daredevil, Lady of Roses, and Colossus. Fantastic work.
This is why production drops for Ghost Rider when his boss, Middle-management Red Skull, is at a mandatory HR meeting.
Some powerful stuff here this week: TMNT never looked more threatening, a fierce Thing, and sexy and humorous pics too. Good stuff!!
What an awesome collection of images. Where is Scalera in comics, I miss him and Remenders handling of the Secret Avengers, his art with that unusual cast worked great and followed Gabriel Hardman and Guedes too. Remenders Secret Avengers HC I could read through again, I loved the last issue, it gave closure to that gathering of characters we might not ever have in the same book again.
The rest of those sketches are just awesome, TMNT looks like a poster and I love the raw Thing, DD and Winter Soldier. I’d like to know what program was used for that WW, she looks just like John Tyler Christopher’s stuff and he’s almost exclusively a computer cover artist.

Incredible artwork, all of it. I so wish I had even 1% of the artistic talent these people have.
The Wonder Woman piece makes me curious if there are internal debates at DC as to whether WW’s breastplate should have the eagle’s head atop it (as Jim Lee draws her) or not (as Cliff Chiang draws her). I’m partial to the latter; I think Chiang’s version is perfection, and I love that the artist above emulated that.
