Great Moments in Comics History: Captain America’s Bicentennial Battles (Redux)

It’s a good thing that Cap’s got a film coming out this week because he sure isn’t cut out for the stage.

Comments

  1. Choreographed dance numbers!!!!! MY ULTIMATE WEAKNESS!!!!

  2. Or is it that Caps just really afraid of being touched by a woman? Is there some issues with the equipment after being frozen in a block of ice for years?

  3. @spaceghost15 he’s rocking the robot!
most terifying event in Marvel Musical numbers!

  4. YAY For Kirby!!! fun fact, this was exactly how the Captain America Musical was going to open: http://www.littlestuffedbull.com/images/comics/adff288-capbway.jpg

  5. Soon to be released on Broadway:  Cap-Wolf:  Turn off the bark!

Too easy I know, but couldn’t resist.

  6. God bless Kirby.

The look on Roger’s face is priceless.

  7. those girls have the most awkward smiles i have ever seen

  8. We all should know that these are clearly Nazi agents.

  9. You’ve got to love the producers.. put Cap in the center of a ring of dancers who are intentionally or inadvertently making Nazi salutes as they dance. One misfired neuron for Cap and he’ll take ’em all down with one throw of his shield.

  10. Avatar photo Jeff Reid (@JeffRReid) says:

I owe an apology to Apollo Creed and James Brown. Up until this moment, I thought that they’d created the most over-the-top, jingoistic stage show ever. Looks like the producers of this stage show did them one better.

  11. Actually part of the Cap movie has him in the USO show, so he’s going to be putting on yet another performance.

  12. For a second, i thought that woman up top was Wonder Woman!
