There I am sitting on my couch all innocent-like on a Thursday night when I see this Tweet pop up on TweetDeck:
Conan stole @JAFlanagan and @cskilpatrick joke about bad DC villains! (and heroes) #conan
So I flip over to TBS to see Conan O'Brien doing a bit at the Warner Bros. Animation offices that seemed mighty familiar…
That's eerily similar to two of my favorite iFanboy Mini episodes that we ever did,

(And for the record I am not accusing anyone of bit theft, it's just a funny coincidence.)

It was a great bit. And it’s interesting to see a different perspective on Cap Boomerang. He really is pretty lame.

I love the fact that Bruce Timm is just ‘an animator’ in this, and not the Animation God that many of us revere him as.
That Conan skit was great. Bruce Timm looked to be pretty tickled to be sitting there with Conan giving him direction.
The way Josh says DOCTOR SPECTRO! makes me giggle uncontrollably. These are easily my favorite minis.
We need to bring these segments back for the video show! Who’s with me!?

The first thing I thought when I saw this bit was that it was a rip-off. Loved their riffing on Captain Boomerang.
@Goaduk I thought that was funny also. Makes it seem like he just happened to be the only guy not doing anything during the taping.
the fact that conan overlooked rainbow raider is inexcusable

I cannot believe that DC is still putting Captain Boomerang on covers in 2010, in any non-parodical fashion. I could watch Bruce Timm drawing all day though. He looks younger than I expected too.
