November 7, 2011 1:55 pm This and "Seven Psychopaths" are part of a series of seven graphic novels released in France a few years ago. Each books has a different creative team and is set in a different time period, so I don't know if the stories are linked in any way.

October 28, 2011 7:54 pm Warner has been doing this for their animated TV series for a number of years (including the Clone Wars). They will release a number of DVDs with a handful of episodes on each, then (maybe) eventually release a complete season.

July 21, 2011 5:52 pm Great to see the Moys getting more Legion work. Jeffery did an impressive five year run of Legionnaires where he only missed a handful of issues. Phillip ended up doing most of those issues, but since their styles are the same I could barely notice.

Changing hair color is easy, so most casting directors don't put too much weight on it. (FYI Christopher Reeve's hair wasn't black.)  The hard part is finding the right mix of talent, star power, and interest.

February 10, 2011 3:30 am This is done by Blur Studio, who does some fantastic stuff.  They did some cinematics for the upcoming Star Wars MMO and got the same reaction ("This is what the Star Wars movies should be like!").   They mainly do stuff for video games and commercials, but they have one upcoming theatrical project: The Goon. Yeah, it'll be awesome.
