December 29, 2018 9:53 pm Hey guys, I loved the show! I'm not sure if you're still reading comments but I was just wondering if any of you had played the PS4 Spider-Man game. I don't game much but it was the thing I was the most excited for in this year and it really delivered in my opinion. It was kinda short, but I loved every second we got!
October 25, 2018 5:14 pm Hey guys, I don't mean to burst your bubble but I'm pretty sure the "Steve" in Thor is referring to Old King Thor's version. When he created a new humans, instead of naming them "Adam and Eve", he named them "Jane and Steve" (for obvious reasons). I think that was the Steve he was talking to. Here's a pictue of the panel: https://pm1.narvii.com/6642/f4de17ccfb0ecb71bcbad44b2c743eb19ed7ab5a_hq.jpg
August 29, 2018 6:40 pm Oh one more thing! I've heard her compared to John Byrne's She-Hulk if that helps explain her character!
August 29, 2018 6:38 pm Idk if you guys check these this late but, as a diehard Gwenpool fan, I just wanted to clear a little up. She's not an alternate universe Deadpool, she's a character from our universe named Gwen Poole who got dropped into 616. She's a longtime comic fan so she knows everything about all the characters and events. She also developed the power to move between panels and do some fun other fun meta stuff but that seems to be toned down in the new series. No hate or anything, just wanted to clear that up. Here's an example of her in the gutterspace using her powers: https://retconpunchdotcom.files.wordpress.com/2017/07/gwengod.jpg
April 5, 2017 7:03 pm I know I'm kinda late on this one but I listen to you guys on the way to the comic store so I just heard the new issue. You said you haven't received any guff about the Power Rangers so here it is! I'm throwing the guff! But, in all seriousness, while the original Mighty Morphin days may have been overly cheesy, Power Rangers as a whole has had a lot of great moments. I'm not saying you guys should be into it because it was obviously after your time, but I do feel like you're being a little harsh to say it's just not good. There have been some genuinely heart-wrenching moments in it. If you ever get a chance, you should check out a guy named Linkara who has dissected each season and really highlights the greater aspects of it (He also does bad comic reviews!). Sidenote: the guy who said the show has been around since the 70's was somewhat wrong. The Sentai series that Power Rangers gets a lot of it's footage from started in the 70's but the american Power Rangers tv show started in 1993. Love the podcast, but I just wanted some guff to be given haha. Have a great day!
