November 9, 2013 5:45 pm On a grading scale, I would give the movie a strong B. The villain was lacking depth, but I agree that he didn't need any because the rest of the cast was strong enough. I'm more excited about where this takes the Marvel Movie Universe, in the big picture. The mid credits scene was weird, but I'm looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy. I'm not worried that I won't like it, but I do wonder how the public at large will dig it. It's probably Marvel's biggest gamble, but even if it fails, Avengers 2 will be there to big things back up.

August 1, 2013 5:45 pm I wasn't a fan of the Flashpoint comic, so I came into this movie with that baggage in tow. I liked the movie more than the comic, but I still didn't really care for the movie. I'm sad that I haven't enjoyed the past two DC animated films.
July 19, 2013 4:49 pm I've enjoyed Ultimate Spider-Man from day one, and lately The Ultimates has been pretty damn good. If this is actually their way of getting rid of the Ultimate universe, I'm completely cool with that as long as its a good story.
July 11, 2013 5:48 pm I'm excited for this. Marvel is, IMO, doing just about everything right since Marvel Now started. I do wish they would have waited til after Infinity was underway to announce this, but what can ya do?
June 19, 2013 7:50 pm This actually looks really cool. Going to give it a shot. Professor Pyg!
June 18, 2013 1:27 pm I personally give it a 4 out of 5, but its still a very well written review. I don't understand why people get so offended and throw vitriol. Love what this site does, and its always the first place I go to for comic related discussion and opinion.

He was clearly haunted by what he had to do. It was the last thing he wanted. It's not like he became Frank Castle with a cape.

When he threw Zod into a gas station? BOOM! When he dealt with Zod ultimately, I was fine with that. I'm not sure what else he could have done. Zod is at that point . Both were fairly even in strength. It was him or some innocents. Besides, Batman basically killed Ras in Batman Begins :)
