Pros
-The sentient FDR A.I. is hacking into robots and tries to kill the Manhattan Projects? Amazing
-Albrecht Einstein using a chain gun while wearing a wife beater? Amazing
-Jonathan Hickman making me actually root for a Nazi? That’s….well unfortunate but he sadistically makes me wanna see him succeed.
-Nick Pitarra’s art is so damn good. The action in this is so kinetic and the various robots getting shot at is gorgeous. But his way of subtle hinting at emotions in the characters is really impressive. Seeing Feynman worry about running out of bullets was a great, small thing to look at that I hope more people noticed. Same goes for when Von Braun realizes he is doomed with FDR using ‘heavies’ to attack him. Pitarra’s use of emotions make me wanna root for Von Braun which is amazing and yet, again, unfortunate.

Cons
-None

Summary
-It was about time for this issue to come out but the wait was so damn worth it. God damn I cannot get enough of this series! You have no idea what is going to happen with this series and having the A.I. of FRD using Soviet cyborgs to attack Albert Einstein is definitely a great example. This was a fun and gorgeous looking issue as always and thank god we got to start the new year with this series. Just promise me the delays are over…Please?
