People complain about the characters of the New 52 being different.I don’t think its that the characters are different.I think its that DC has to reintroduce their characters to each other.

If anything, H’el on Earth is a prime example of that, bringing the Superman family together when both previous story arcs couldn’t do that.

The story is adequate and i have to say that i’m looking forward to seeing the H’el on Earth trade after all this is done just to read it from start to finish without any breaks.

The art starts out well but goes down quickly as the artists seem to change every few pages.I understand artists can’t do every page.Flash has taught me to be patient when that happens.

I can overlook the art with how fun this story has been. All the different titles take a different position in this conflict.Superboy is the “frontlines” of the whole thing while Supergirl is showing us the reason behind H’el’s rampage and the personal side of the villain.Superman shows us the title character trying to gather allies and figure out how to stop H’el.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 3 - Good
