Good day to all. It’s been a few weeks since I have written a review of a comic. In my wonderful niave world, I have followers that wait for my next review, however I know that I am not that good and just greatful that someone reads a reveiw of mine once in a while.

Again, I have been trying out differenct comic tittles from mostly independant comic companies. I do read my fair share of Marvel and DC books, but many cover those issues with there reviews.

I took a chance picking up Lady Death starting with issue 14. I am a big fan of fantasy story lines ala D&D type world settings. What I try to aviod is the typical Eye Candy type of books, Great Looking Sexy Woman drawn covers that the story tends to be more about T and A rather then a good story. So needless to say I was very sceptical of Lady Death. Don’t get me wrong, she is a sexy drawn character, and I have nothing wrong with that, I was afraid that it was going to be a typical T and A type of book.

Needless to say, I was suprised that apart from the Eye Candy, the storyline was good. Now three issues into reading this title I am very happy that I picked tihs book up to give it a try. I have also picked up the Orgins: Cursed Vol 1 as well, and enjoyed that storyline as well.

Like Sword and Sorrocery type of storylines? Like kickbutt sexy female heroes? If so give this book a try, I think you will enjoy it. Now this would be more better if comic prices were a lot lower then they are today, I think that the costs of a new book is really holding back alot of indy companies from making it bigger in the limelight. If I was not in the position of not being financialy strapped each and every week, like I was when I was younger, this would be a book that I would have to pass on, much like I have done in the past.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 3 - Good
