  1. I also have the same feeling. I feel as if johns is putting batman on the bench. I think bats had maybe one major battle and that was with superman! I have been a batman fan all my life. I could take no huge costume change. I could take him not having powers. I could stand everybody putting him down for not having powers. But this bull**** of batman just getting sat down and saying “I think I’ll sit this one out” and does nothing. Sure he goes to get superman. But why did he have to take off his cowl and insignia? Couldn’t he at least gone against darkseid just for at least a couple of pages though? I was really expecting batman on this issue. I really hope he gets the spotlight just a little because I’m starting to not like batman now.
