Ok. So this week when I checked my pull list i saw this. I saw a #1 next to it and figured "hey a new WW2 Series starring Nick Fury and His Howling Commandos". So I said "hey man sign me up". As soon as I got to my LCS, I grabbed it. I was very surprised it was like one of the last ones on the shelf. I personally love these old WW2 stories. I love the Captain America Theatre of War ones and the old Flashbacks we have had in Captain America. This just took the cake for me. This is a great story of WW2 warfare with Nick Fury, whom I cant get enough of, and his Howling Commandos. The story was great and very action packed. It felt like I was reading one of the OLD Nick Fury and The Howling Commandos storylines. It showed how cool Nick Fury is and how he works great with his team to sock it to the Nazi's. It also made an appearance of the black widow, which I still dont understand. All in All this was one my my top 3 favorite comics this week. I loved the story line and the artwork was amazing. I loved John Paul Leon on the Ex Machina Special and his artwork in Scalped was also great. The artwork felt right at home with the storyline. This was an awesome book and I encourage anyone who loves old WW2 stories to pick it up!!
