Unfortunately nothing exciting happens in this issue, but we do get to see Black Hand be insanely creepy. Hal and Sinestro are going to, what Hal calls, Sinestro’s Bat Cave to get the Black Book or whatever it’s called and that’s it. Really the only thing that’s worth buying this book is the art. Doug Mahnke’s art is wonderful and Tony Avina & Alwx Sinclair do a great job with colors. However there are five inkers and that screws up some pages. Really the few moments with Black Hand is when the art is at it’s best. Hopefully next issue some stuff will go down and judging by the cliffhanger it most certainly will.
