In 2009,the last arc was my favorite comic book series and 2nd favorite graphic novel. Costa and Cage are great writers and they have done some awesome work, but  in this issue I feel like they are just redoing the same story.

I was hoping to see another beloved GI Joe character written by these guys and it would have been better to revisit Chuckles maybe in 3-4 months.

The art is as great as ever, maybe even better.

I understand why Cage and Costa did what they did, they were trying to “strike the iron while it’s hot” and the story of Chuckles has been a hit.

Also they are probably limited to a few GI Joe characters because of the other books. I just wish IDW or (they) had enough confidence in their writing to show us new characters.
